A Different Day

A poem about a feeling felt from recovery. Recovery can be a great feeling because you feel you have been given a new life, however, the sickness should not be taken literally only.

Poetry

A different day

My feet touched the ground,
And it was a hopeful day for recovery.
Sick was I, of late heated passions, but now
There was scope for amelioration and little worry

Tiny spinning parachute seeds were blown in the room
Like a shower of amazing flowers blooming up.
There was no need for any perfume;
The wet morning grass spread its early fragrance,
And the rising sun provided soothing tactile sensation
To the skin, as if energising the whole body to carry into action.

What was the reason for this drastic change?
Was this rejuvenation, consequential of my sickness?
How weird it is, that odds bring along such package
Of unwanted exposure to realities and precociousness.

SUCH LKOVELY POETRY WHERE HAVE u been??

lovely pragmatic

all pain ought to be forgotten
once life has been milked fully,
birth and death are two faces of the same coin
one can't exist without the other...

so smile as you cast off the pain
and take leave of mankind,
let others not grieve as you fly into the wilderness
let them too celebrate your having walked this way,
some day we too shall fly away....

''''''would hope that death comes with swift
wings for anyone suffering ...''' A GREAT POET

this is a hope and desire of all
hope scientists develop a switch
to end the suffering
and keep population under check

let us remember when the Lord lived
each one knew the other
today none cares
nor does bother
Who is ones neighbour...
