The need for change is as constant as a change itself. Everybody needs a change of life time to time. Nothing really lasts forever. Some things just don’t last as long as we want them to. It’s a basic true of living-the only constant thing is change.
If You Are Not Happy, You Need A Change
Although everything changes and nothing lasts forever so many times we all feel like we are living one the same day all the time. People come and go, we meet new people, have new experiences, new jobs and new loves. But basically we’re the same as we used to be before. It’s like some kind of wicked circle. Resolving one problem just makes space for a new one to come to the place of a first one. And so on. After all, you wake up one morning and realize that you are still standing at the same place as you did years ago. Somewhere deep inside still unhappy, unsitisfied and angry. Like you used to think life would be much better, and now you just feel kind of betreyed or failed.
How to change a life? Does a true change need to come from the outside or is it just something that has to be born inside of a person? Many would say that the real change is the one that comes from every individual’s heart and soul and it has to be followed by changing ones outside life. On the other side, many people would desagree by saying that we all need to experience something different to start to change our inner views.
Truth might just be somewhere in between. It is necessary to be different yourself to live a different life. Change might come from the inside or the outside, but it has to be lived. A new experience might bring something new to us, but it’s really up to us do we want it or not.
Habits, Plans, Emotions
Life is what we live every day and not what we plan to live one day. Easy to say but sometimes not to do. Trying is something that everyone can do. When someone come to the point of wanting to change his or her life, it is important to change habits, plans and feelings. The first thing to be done is making new habits and giving up old ones that were not good for us. Our habits show who we are. Being who we are determines what kind of life we live. Our plans show where do we want to go and where do we want to be. The best way to be at some point of life is to start going there step by step. Last but not least, are our emotions. It can’t be easy to live a new life while we still keep feeling all those negative emotions that were once important to us. Their importance should stay in the past. Forgive and forget.
