This is a rather bold poem, based on the personality of Countess Elysbeth Bathory of Hungary, a real person. An unfortunate woman who tried to stay forever young, bathing in the blood of her victims. The poem is closer to Classic Poetry with a rhythm of Heavy Metal music. Maybe not destined to be read by all, it is a very good poem.
Countess Bathory
Of blood dulcet drops, a Lady scorns,
dissembled, in Castle adytum laws,
dark aisles, her efflorescence adorns,
in dungeons carved emblem of claws.
A mantrap whispers her Aura spells,
subliminally kind to open Castle gate,
a black widow in mystic dark cells,
of bloody elixir, a bath to embrocate.
Virginal offers to her impertinence,
absolute deity in darkened worlds,
as torches glow in yellow affiance,
she 'll marry victims in Hellish molds.
Countess in Castle, erstwhile entreats
in man's subconscious, then blasts,
in oral blood thirsty drinking feasts ,
a deathly rhythm, as torture lasts.
Blood ablution feast - diadem affined,
her ephemeral hedonism's command,
maiden in tormenting paths actioned,
a deathly aphorism is her coiling strand.
Weaves victims' lives, to a twilit end,
Imbues her penalties in sparkling joy,
impiety orders to a betrothal chained,
an opulent red blossom, nemesis ploy.
