Every One Has A Story

A poem about how everyone - just everyone - has a story to tell if we just are patient enough to listen to them.

Everyone Has A Story

Everyone has a story,
We must listen to them.
From the homeless wino,
To the richest man.

We all experience sorrow,
And experience joy.
We all have losses sadly,
And things that do annoy.

Our story may be epic,
Our story may be grand.
Our story may be a lonely one,
But it will truly stand.

I try to see inside,
Of everyone I meet.
Sometimes I listen to them,
And smile while being discrete.

I always try to listen,
To other people's voice.
For then I always promise,
To listen and rejoyce.
