Facebook, addicted or not!

Is Facebook seeming to take over your life? You might have FA, Facebook addiction.
Addicted to Facebook?
Are you addicted to Facebook? I know I am. It starts of with a simple exploration of your friends on the site and suddently you are logging on non- stop to see if any of your friends have made updates to their profile, changed their relationship status or have posted new videos or any goss, who doesn't love gossip on Facebook these days. Suddnely you are glued to your computer all the time and the only thing on the screen is Facebook, pretty sad of you ask me.
If the above paragraph describes you, here are a few tips too stop your addiction to Facebook.
Admit you have a Facebook addiction; Like any other addiction, the first step is admitting you have a problem, this shouldn't be that hard as actually quitting.
Option A. Well option a is quitting cold turkey. Just full on stop, it's like loosing your phone.
Option B option B is to find something else to do with your time, like instead of going on Facebook to talk, go outside and ring up your friend. You should also set goals on Facebook. Yes goals, this might sound funny but it does work. You should go on Facebook and only go on to talk and see what your friends are doing, after you've done all that log off, because once you start getting off track that's when your wasting your time.

i seen this article and had to get here --lol i have a very big addiction on facebook--although it is not just facebook -- it's a addiction to technology--face book is more than a social get together it is an arcade filled with games and gifts and lots -- of COMPETITION-- or am i making an excuse for my addiction?lol---- you are right on the money--but i do believe the knowledge we can access on our computers is endless -- and those who strive for information become addicted....lol-this was my last status... thought you might enjoy..
TO ALL MY FELLOW NUTS - I just realized.... We sit and stare at a screen...We talk to ourselves.... We have imaginary friends and farms, cities and fake animals...we cook imaginary food in imaginary bakery's.... We poke people and think its ok.....we even write on walls.... Think about it.... Facebook is a mental hospital ....and we are all... patients...Feel free to steal this....I just did!... Party in my ward!!!
