We all need to recognise when we succeed is certain steps in our lives - at this time it is important to praise ourselves for the good work done. This is a series of inspirational thoughts by Peter B. Giblett. The idea here is to create a practical self improvement programme that will assist in helping our life.
Praise Yourself
Over the past few days we have been on a common journey focusing on the quintessential you. This has included:
- ♥ Forgive Yourself
♥ Believe in Yourself; and
♥ Love Yourself
♥ Educate Yourself
♥ I am More than I Was and will be More than I Am
Yet there is a further element that you must start to do on a regular basis and that is praise yourself. Praise the good things that you do well today, do the same tomorrow and the day after. Indeed one belief that I have is that it is important to celebrate every individual success that you have - and you do not have to have a wild football like celebration of each achievement. Just take a couple of minutes to mentally praise what you have completed and how well you have completed it.
Know the value of the task to you; not to your workplace or your boss, although these may at times be synonymous. Here we are about praising your personal successes and for some people this may simply be the act of getting out of bed in the morning; each step can be worthy of praise if you are making significant strides in accomplishing something important.
You should celebrate each success, but it is up to you to define what each step is in the process.

There are many thoughts about self praise, but it is important to know the difference between self praise and bragging. The former is part of a learning process, whereas the latter is more akin to the salesman in us.

I FIND VERY FEW REALLY READ FEWER STILL DARE TO COMMENT
Roses
Roses are my fave...
they make one brave...
upon the button holes of kings
and
upon the graves of mankind...
roses we all find...
yet do we know...
Roses never die,
in the book’s pages in the shelves of time
they lie
and...
that's why roses never ever die
When you open a page of time...
roses come to your mind ...
the fragrance remains
and
love doesn't stain...
roses, as roses even though dry ...
come alive and forever remain......
roses never die ...
in man’s hearts domain........
