To fight against tyranny, and to embrace freedom is our right and duty!
Fight These Chains
FIGHT THESE CHAINS
They may take this nation down,
And tear down its mighty walls,
But it is ever present,
For us it does sound the call;
To take away your freedom,
Is to put on us no worth,
But God has planted a price,
On our souls from day of birth;
To fight, to kill, to break free,
These great bonds which fetter all,
Is the mighty call ingrained,
For us to e’er fight this fall;
Do not think to tame us here,
Thinking we’ll shackle and heel,
But know, as sure as I live,
For my misfortune you will deal!
