Four poems of love, for those in love.
"A summer's day with my love".. I wrote on a warm June day with a warm feeling in my heart.
"She say's"...I had to write when I felt the power of her love.
"One sweet kiss" shows the power of a simple gesture.
"Give me hope"...Is the message of love.
~ A summer's day with my love. ~
She flutters by
Like a butterfly
Floating on the crystal sky
With emerald eyes and a rosy smile
It’s a pleasure to any man’s eye
The clouds on high gather in fluffy white clusters
And play hide and go seek with the sun
While the birds use the thermals to swoop and to dive
And enjoy the day just having fun
And I meet her and greet her, my cute butterfly
And we walk hand in hand by a stream
And we kiss and we love and we feel the suns heat
As we cuddle and warm in its beam
As the sun bids farewell making shadows grow longer
We kiss and caress one last time
And just gaze and just melt into each other’s eyes
Is this real what we feel can it be so ideal?
Or is it all in my mind like a dream
~ She say's ~
She said she loves me, and I smiled and said that’s nice
She said she loves me and I said now you said that twice
Well, I do my darling, she said
More than you will ever know
I want the world to share our love
I want them all to watch it grow
And as I slowly fell into her charms
She said to me, Darling
I want to die in your arms
A tear began to build into my eyes
I just couldn’t hide it, no matter how hard I tried
She had so many admirers and yet she choose just me
I was to be the one who held her hearts Key
And now we must wait till that hopeful day arrives
That day that will change us for the rest of our lives
~ One sweet kiss ~
She pressed her lips to mine
So gentle was her kiss
She tasted like a sweet red wine
I entered into heavens bliss
I feel I’m losing all control
I feel her passion in my soul
She took me, she owned me, I am in her power
In one sweet kiss she had devoured
My heart, my soul, my very life
I must have her to be my wife
I surrendered to her consuming love
She is the one I’m so proud of
And as I ponder and reminisce
All it took was just one sweet kiss
~ Give me a hope ~
Give me a kiss to remember
In times when I am alone
Give me a kiss to remember
Give me a love that has grown
Give me a dream I can sleep on
When I am alone in my bed
Give me a thought to remember
Give me your words for my head
Give me a smile to hold on to
In times when I am feeling so blue
Give me a wish that you yearn for
Give me a hope that is true
I’ll give you the key to my heart
I’ll give you my body and soul
I’ll give you the stars in the evening
I’ll give you the morning’s dew
Give me your sweet lips to kiss
I’ll give you my love that is true

your poetries
i read not through my eyes but sight,
i hear the melodies that transcend the human form
by just a simple kiss
and that alone can life transform
of any johnny
and any miss
don't take me amiss,
its only all about
a solitary ,sweet and lovely kiss from a charmed johnny to a charming miss

johnydod, this was impressive, you could move with the emotions and feel the love and the art added to the poem with the colors of the heart, and the movement in the poems worked with the movement of the paintings, well done
