Human Mind-What Is It?

What is Mind? Can anyone define it? Even if you can, can you practically explain it? Looking at these questions, is your mind thinking something?
Mind-Definition?
Lets start with the very first question. What is a Mind?
According to few people, Mind is heart. In India, people will relate mind to heart and also the emotions that flow through their body. But, Is mind really a Heart?
I don't think so. For me, Mind is a fictional part of the brain which is responsible for all the human emotions.This was the simple definition that I could come up with.
Mind-Control?
Most of the people come with a problem that they are not able to control their mind.In other way, it is their mind that is controlling them. Also, successful people will always tell stories of how they were able to control their mind and move towards their goal.So, what exactly is the difference?What makes a mind control you?Well, it is that one attribute of human beings, Determination.If you got this determination, you get the power to control your mind and its flow.
Mind-Thoughts?
Mind, when in control often takes the human to a ride of negative thoughts.That is why, mind controlling the body is not a good thing.But, if you could just think about positive things and all happy moments,watch a comedy movie,etc.,this will certainly help you to get that bit of confidence to control your mind.take control of the situations around you and let your mind wander where you want it to.
Mind-Peace?
Where to get this peace of mind?It can be achieved if you get rid of all the negative thoughts and hatred.This is probably the reason why people relate mind to heart.Also, it is the basic thing to remember when trying to control a mind. It is more easy to control a peaceful mind than a mind in uproar,worry,tension,etc. Mind control is not a tough thing and can be achieved with experience and maturity.Also, life is much more beautiful and lively when you control your mind and ride the chariot of human emotions.
