Yes life's many lessons, there will be those who leave a lasting impression.

Impact

Many have in their lives perhaps without knowing
That they have on some may live have been impacting
Be it their deeds, thoughts or their many of their speeches
No matter what there was something that someone whom it reaches

There is one who many lives he can certainly still give that prod
This person is no other that the one they called the Son of God
His works and teaching have transcend centuries and generation
A person on whom many build that trust and of course foundation

Some people whose exploits in a capacity most certainly
Turned the eyes of the world to look at their country
Even a few before them certainly made a very good contribution
But Marley and Bolt really lit that fire under Jamaica’s cauldron

Yes there will be some actions by some that will be disparaging
If you are at the receiving end; just don’t sit around and do any sulking
Let that be the catalyst to give you that type of moment and incentive
To change those belittling work into one positive and productive

In all places there will be always someone, preferably in the background
Whose deeds are far flung but yet were no even sung
But those prints of their feet not even time will ever erase
Nor none of those promulgated, cannot walk the trail they blaze

In one’s life there is one thing that is quite sure
Lots of people will walk in and out of that door
Some will make an impression some make bring that depression
But in all extent and purposes, there are all life’s lessons
