How Imperfect People Can Love Perfectly, by seeing the beauty, love and grace of God at work in each person in our lives.
In Spite of that
Our words can deceive, hurt and mislead,
In spite of that I yearn to hear your voice.
The mind is confused, and easily led astray,
In spite of that, my thoughts are of you.
The heart is deceptive, and often believes what it wants,
In spite of that, my heart is yours.
Friends are there when you need them, even when far away,
In spite of that distance, I am here for you.
Kindness is felt much more than it is seen,
In spite of that you are kind when I do not deserve.
A touch can deceive, and the physical is not all there is to love,
In spite of that, I still get lost in your hug.
Beauty is of the heart, and not the flesh,
In spite of that you are beautiful.
Love is not merely an emotion, but an action,
In spite of that I still love you.
In an imperfect world, with imperfect people, an imperfect love can be perfected,
In spite of us, God so loved the world.

I guess there is as little piece of perfect in each of us and we seek that in those we love.

I am very glad that , in spite of all my imperfections , God loved me enough to send Jesus into this world to save me . God bless you
