It seems inevitable that friendship will one day descend and disappear into the sunset, yet the wonderful memories will always remain and linger....
My Old Wikinut Friends
Friends, oh dearest, you've got into
me, soon to be old, ah, to be Wikinut
old friends, when time passes us by
too quickly, inevitable as life shared.
We'll become old friends pretty soon,
the magic we will leave behind, new
authentic stars to reach, with both our
hands ours to keep, clasp forevermore
that's photographed into immortality!
We'll sing now, catch my voice, I'll lend
you my ears, then we will dance forever
in the melody we'll all dream about when
the show is over and the curtains fall,
all old friends, we shall always be.
Terribly Strange To Be Old
I will remember you, old friends, even
when we arise at dawn and retire at dusk
separated, each in his own special way,
hey, in old age, our time will both decay,
but our minds the Book of Life will tell
us how both our lives have once
intertwined very wonderfully and how
young we shall always remain in thought.

As we get older it is harder to make friends in real life.
I do not under estimated friendships I make on line, I married a woman who started as an on line friend.
I treasure you all (even if I dont always find time to comment on your articles)

I've noticed glaring grammar errors but I let them stand because the context will make the meaning clear to everyone.

Friends of life, do walk with me,
In life and love, shrouded in mystery.
Creating avenues of solution for past,
With deep resolutions made to last.
They always hear you when they do transcend,
For me I believe they always ascend.
For in the light they feel love and smile,
To be the destiny just all the while.
For purity comes in the white light of love,
It shines forth in abundance from Above.
To be hidden away deep in abyss of heart,
As memories forever never ever to part.
