Path of Indeterminable Ascent

I chose to use one of my own paintings to depict the inestimable bondage of ill refuted 'trials and tribulations' we bring upon ourselves when not following the dictates of our own heart. The journey through our incalculable precarious soul will add irretrievable beauty and ineffable peace of mind when pursued.
Path of Indeterminable Ascent
Standing at an indecipherable crossroads, unsettled and unsure,
The appropriate direction, at this particular juncture, trails off in a blur.
Restlessness consumes the mind while boredom saturates the heart.
Before a decision hatches, another spews raw deluged intent from the start.
Too often, too stubbornly divided, rejecting joy's message carried by the wind.
Anxiousness increases the disturbed state of mind, lending no way to rescind.
Such rancid unsettled turbulence has not surfaced on the spur of the moment,
But resided comfortably, in lies, adding fuel to unraveled discontent.
Having built each scenario of latent denial and squalled deprivation,
Of soul's heeded call in active, mindful, purposeful, dire participation
Why not take the self-vested occasion to steal away with a clear blank slate,
Renewing energy in the pursuit of passion's pleasure filled game to motivate?
Cast off the cloak of care and concern from those who would taunt in mindless return.
Shake from shoulders duty of needless responsibility vested in hell's untraveled burn.
