River of Love .. All our lives we love some we hate.. few we misunderstand.. then life trudges along...like a virtual song We don't know to whom we belong life long...

River of Love

When one is young
one is entrapped in love
and
everything is so bright
it blinds the eyes

Then all love falls
into a river
of routine-ness

Water just flows now
not like
the Niagara Falls

Everything is calm and serene
we all have through that been
unseen
only two lovers we

Then the river halts
at every station
passersby alight
non swimmers join in
as they float along

The end is the same
we all, to past belong
but now lame

Hardly can we swim
life becomes dim
can us afresh
a new life begin

All appears dark and thin
still in hopes we live

The river like
The Nile
moves on
but slowly
the estuary is yet too far
to see
Life ebbs only

It is the race we all have to compete and complete but most lose the plot.

Life is a musical chair and chairs are removed all the time - we scamper to reach the empty ones but others prove quicker as our legs and minds give up - siva

Thank god the slate is crystal clean
how much can a jealous one be mean
Others do freshly read
I am just a poet indeed
