Sometimes guilt can eat you up till nothing is left. Confession is the way to cleanse your soul, and find the right path again.

The Confession

Lord please listen,

As I give this confession,

My worlds falling apart,

And I’m asking for a blessing.

I’m on my knees,

In your house,

Begging and pleading,

Please save me!

Make these flood waters,

Start receding.

I’m drowning in guilt,

I’ve done so much wrong,

So many dastardly deeds,

The list goes on and on.

I know at this moment,

I don’t want to be that man anymore.

Tell me how to make amends,

For all the crimes,

I’ve commited so far.

Show me the way,

That I might change my ways,

Please!

Please hear me

And these words that I pray.
