A poem about life - the reasons and whyfors - how life can be good or not-so-good. How do you feel? Are you having a good life?
The Reason
Sometimes I really wonder,
What life is all about?
Is there a good reason?
Or is there lots of doubt?
Sometimes I want to whisper,
And make it very clear.
Please help me understand it,
I want you very near.
I want to see the picture,
I want to see the view.
I want to see all the good,
There is in only you.
I want to look at me,
And catch a glimpse so far.
I want to pretend that I can be,
A lovely movie star.
I know this will not happen,
I know it can't be so.
But oh my love, I'll miss you,
Everywhere I go.
