The Stones and Rocks! Everyone trips on them, so why teach people to do them? Stop Teaching Men To Stumble and Fall ... Teach them about the Man who took away The Stones and Rocks ... and then Laid a better One! and then He became the Chief Corner Stone!
The Stone that Causes People to Stumble!
The Ten Commandments and the rest of the Law of Moses
is nothing but a mere Stumbling Stone!
It is put there and given so that we all are shown to fall by it. The Stumbling Stone is put there and we all trip over it. It is not, nor has it ever been a Law for righteousness. It is implemented for those who want to be "declared" righteous by their "OWN" works/DEEDS
and so they say to God ... I am righteous; have I not kept all your commandments?
I am perfect!!! If you have not stumbled over The Stumbling Stone ... The Blocks of Stone! even the Laws were written on Tablets Of Stone! If you have not stumbled over The Stumbling Stone/The Law; Then you can say to God that you are perfected.
But if you have broken any of them, even the least of any You ARE GUILTY OF BREAKING THEM ALL! James 2:10 For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point is guilty of breaking all of it. Then Christ would come and be another type of STONE which people would fall and stumble over, coming after the likeness of the past "stones" Romans 9:32 They stumbled over The Stumbling Stone. 33 As it is written:
"See, I lay in Zion a "STONE" that CAUSES people to "stumble" and a "ROCK" that makes them "FALL"
Now those who are well versed in the law who don't see themselves as falling over the past stones and rocks of the law of Moses ... would now be offended and surely stumble and fall over The Christ. For they love and value the old stones of Moses a lot better. It is far better to acknowledge your failure and falling
over the old stones than the new One!
