There are 84,000 seconds in every day, surely that is more than adequate time to progress something small that is important to you. This series by Peter B. Giblett is a set of daily inspirational thoughts to make you a better you.
86,400 Seconds in Every Day
Jerry Walsh in a comment to 12,000 Thoughts for January 25th, states "many people complain that there isn't enough time in a day to accomplish everything they need to get done. Well, there are 86,400 seconds in every day and I cannot help but wonder how many of those 86,400 seconds those same people waste every day with their thoughts that there isn't enough time in the day to do everything that they need to do".
We should sleep for about 25,500 seconds and eat for a further 8,000. and this leaves a large number of seconds in the day for us to allocate for worthwhile (53,000 in fact). Spend 1,200 seconds (20 minutes) doing something worthwhile and I am sure you will feel all the better for it.
This is time to pick up another mini-project and accomplish it. At some point during the day you will get an opportunity to action it, of this I am certain. Just pick something of your to-does and get it done. It doesn't matter whether this is at work or at home it is about using the time wisely.
Ultimately even if you can only spend 60 seconds, yes a humble minute, completing something from that list then it will all be worthwhile.
