Yes it good to be au fait with technology, but should also retain a bit of the old school ways
Using Technology
Businesses for their continuity often embrace technology
Using this route to attract and retain customers very competitively
Because it pays to be proactive so as to maintain that pace
So as to make the qualifying time, to keep in the business’s race
However there is one very important cog in the wheel the worker
Whose performance and professionalism is what can capture the customer
Their warmth, skill and attitudes is what can on that somehow initiate
That effort by the customer, to go and you services promulgate
That idea of training and retraining staff or a regular basis
Is something that may later down the road aver t a crisis?
Because in an evolving business world that is performing on the technological stage
Those involve should heed that message and recognize that it’s a different age
But technology can and has that capacity to demonstrate such diverse powers
This is essential what can certainly cause some businesses horrors
As there can be outsourcing, and shoppers can do so on line
So for survival get that feature site and do that in quick time
Who could remember people had to search boxes of stuffy files
That task too hours and people had to coughing, and water ran from those eyes
Now by the use of technology that chore is but a faint memory
One touch of those fingers there is storage and all can smile happily
Perhaps it time to monitor the way we depend on technology
Keep something backs to be done using that human effort manually
Hold fast to the rule that if in any case there is a mal function
There will be no doubt that there will be still some sort of action.

I completely agree :) Technology is a great tool but should be viewed as just that - a tool! No one toll replaces everything and there is no replacement for customer service, manners, and a good work ethic! Thanks for this piece!
