Can the weather of the day affect how you feel about how much you need and want to achieve for that day?
does the weather of the day affect your mood
Do you before getting out of bed sit by the radio and listen to your local radio station and get an update of how the weather will be for you that day? or do you wake up and see how the weather will pan out for you for that day.
I would advise you to firstly take the weather as it comes and then plan your day from there, and if its a fine day and you can get out amongst it, then do it, but do not take the weather for granted. such as when its a nice day.
look at the sky,
is it rainy or fine,
get out an amongst it,
for you only have one life,
there are some that cannot enjoy it for they are paralysed and forced to be in bed however you my friend are lucky,
for you are not an invalid.
