Keep Your Office Away From Home:

It is a wrong practice to bring your office work to home. By this way you only be physically at home but not mentally. Spend time with parents, spouse and children as they also need your time.

Write Down The Positive Thoughts:

You could find many positive thoughts running through your mind. Make a habit to write down these good thoughts. Whenever you find yourself in negative situation or in stress just go through these positive thoughts. Believe me you feel better than before with high positive energy.

Make A Habit of Appreciation:

Most people don’t like to appreciate others effort rather they feel jealous of them. Appreciating someone from the heart performs two functions. First the other person feels motivated and second you also feel good to make someone happy with their efforts.

Give Preference to Good Sleep:

Doctors always suggest to have sleep of at least 8 hours is essential for smooth functioning of body. It helps in many ways like good sleep makes you feel full of energy for whole day, reducing stress level and increase your productivity.

Take A Breather in Every 90 Minutes:/

Having a short break helps to control your heart rate, blood pressure and muscle intensity. Working continuously for long hours without break is of no mean as at last you feel too weak and have symptoms of headache and acidity also.
