A Dilemma Resolved

With all the choices in life we have to make - we need to know which are the right ones for us - and for me praying for direction - and help - works.

Prayer Changes Things

There are times in each of our lives when we must choose -
Do I do this or maybe that - what will I gain - or lose ?
Is this the best that I can be - and do ? - Or -
Can I attain a greater height - or depth - in which
To blossom as I aught ?
Or - would my plans just turn to dust - or ash - and
Lead to naught ? - if I should follow on this path - or not ?
What can I say to make the choice - assured - reality ?
Perhaps if I should study - learn - or seek - the answer
Would be plain to see - but - then again - in all my doing
Will I miss the best - that might be standing right in front of me ?
Maybe I'll flick a coin or draw a straw - whichever
Side - or length - might then appeal to me - I can accept -
Though - decisions of this nature may confuse instead of aid
Or clearly help direct - so - on this note - I'll have a think and
Ponder over all the choices to be made today - and
Possibly - some inspiration will bring revelation to my thoughts -
To show me of the perfect way - what I must do
Or not.

But - in the meantime - I will stop - and pray - and let the
Lord reveal to me - His Perfect will that is
Acceptable and True - and then - the cloud will lift -
The way ahead will start to clearly show - and
Praise the Lord - I will be shown -
Without a doubt -
The way to go .

Many times - the very thing which we do last - is the thing we should have done first every time ....Pray.

God bless you today .

When I chose to sit back and let the husband finally enjoy his life the way he wanted to do it, I realised he had never been happier until he finally found out something was amiss and tried to come back to get it started again.
It is never the same and the variety and the feel of many a languishing cry within is heard by the One Above who knows where the heart, mind and soul genuinely lies. It is not the body but in the magnetic love within.
Just sent him a message to choose the source of his love and that is what finally showed me where I stood and with that I just stepped back into become ME, the person the world now knows as Lady Aiyanna.

My mother told me at a very young age to open my eye's and look up two times a day; when I wake up and when I go to sleep. The rest of the time I should pray. I enjoy your articles Stella Mitchell

This is so very relevant to the Christian's life and you are right on the target that we should pray first instead of last!! Prayer definitely changes things but most of all it changes us!!! This poem just reminded me of an article I have been putting off writing about how prayer changes our hearts and attitudes! Thank you Stella! I think that I will finish that article!! I would like to mention you as my inspiration if that is alright??

That would be a great honour Judy . I pray I stand up to such an accolade . I know it would be so much simpler all round if I prayed more about everything , than tried to muddle through on my own . How thankful I am for the Lord's loving care for us in all circumstances .
Bless you dear Judy.
With love .
