A FLIGHT OF THE MIND

The winds echo my soul,
the sky pictures my heart,
and the birds proclaim the presence
of an enchanter in bloom.
vivid colors bright
as on a fine glorious day
create in my heart a symphony light
leaving me in trance.

The moon's luster in my soul
wholeness enraptures my soul.
it enlightens me about
the great joy of life.
the joy of being alive,
of being a fragment of nature,
of divinity itself.

A FLIGHT OF THE MIND

The winds echo my soul,
the sky pictures my heart,
and the birds proclaim the presence
of an enchanter in bloom.

vivid colors bright
as on a fine glorious day
create in my heart a symphony light
leaving me in trance.

The moon's luster in my soul
wholeness enraptures my soul.
it enlightens me about
the great joy of life.
the joy of being alive,
of being a fragment of nature,
of divinity itself.

they can wag their fingers,
till their blood freezes cold.
But my smile is eternal
for the power that holds me
is stronger,deeper,purer.
The power that holds
Has divinity in itself.
