A poem about guilt and feelings that surround it. How can we deal with it? Read this if you need help.

Feeling Guilt

This poem is about guilt and how so many people feel guilty every day. This poem will remind those who are guilty that they should not hold guilt in but let it out.

A Poem About Feeling Guilt

Are you guilty of doing something wrong?
Do you need to let it all out?
To confess to the world?
So you may feel at ease once again.

Let yourself be guided by intuition,
By letting the truth out,
Not having to be trapped by silence,
For pleading guilty can set you free.

Do this and you will feel happy again,
You will start smiling,
As you feel a rich joy,
For your soul has been cleansed
For all eternity.

You will be alive
With happiness,
No more worrying,
Or panicking,
Just a feeling of freedom.

Wake up in the morning,
Feeling happy,
Not to feel a dread,
Crippling your insides.

Be brave,
Let it all out,
Clearing your mind
From the guilt you hold.

Ask God
To help you,
To have courage
And willpower.

Say 'I want' to the universe
And not 'I don't want' out aloud,
As this will bring power
To your mind.

Now you can do the things
That you have wanted to do,
As you begin to live life,
As a good faithful person,
By having freedom
On your side.

Some guilt is good (guides us)... too much is no good (impairs and debilitates us)... As with so many things... Everything in moderation - even, perhaps, excess :-}

Guilt can be a terrible burden. Best to get it out in the open.
