A secret place to meet your lover and spend time with him or her.

A Secret Place

I have a secret place in mind,
Half-way between his house and mine.
A perfect little town to meet,
On a perfect little street.

On this street there's a b and b,
So picturesque beneath a tree.
It has a waterview so we,
Can watch the ships and boats, you see.

Our room is lovely, so devine,
We later on go out for wine.
A restaurant near is perfect, too,
For drinks and a dinner to ensue.

I love this town, I am content,
To meet my love is time well spent.
I only wish we could meet more,
But that, apparently, is not in store.

I'll enjoy what time I can,
And visit this little town again.
It's perfect for our time together,
At any time and in any weather.
