Yes, It was a day filled with the purest form of confusion

Strange Day

I think I can remember
the moment when
everything started.
It was a strange day,
filled with a weird kind of feeling
that felt like discomfort.
I stood there,
totally silent,
waiting for that moment
to be over for a while.
Jumbled emotions
left me speechless
staring into a black wall,
the same place
where my dreams
used to live.
Is this real?
i do feel as a mixture
of strange sensations
covered every inch
of my broken skin,
leaving only a little place
for my true identity.
On an strange day,
I fell into pieces;
little fragments of me
were all over the place,
waiting for somebody
to put them together.
On the most strange day,
I lost myself on a river
of fragmented ideas,
dying and getting reborn
to the beat of my own thoughts.
