A dear friend Tina

I wrote this o 26.05.09. as a dedication to my dear friend who lost her life three years ago to cancer.
She is sadly missed and will always be in my heart.

Dedicated to a dear friend I lost to cancer.

The pain of losing someone is meant to get
Easier to live with as time goes on
So why is it getting harder to live
Without you?

Everyday goes by, still it hurts,
Still I look for you, but you’re not here
I have things to tell you which I know you’ll like
And be proud of, and something’s I know
You’ll kick my ass, but then we will laugh
And you will make me see sense .

I need you more than ever now, Why did they take you away from us?

I wish you could come back,
But not the way you were,
I want you here, free from drugs,
Pain, discomfort and cancer.

Our birthdays are coming,
I have no one to share it with
Like we did,
I know you’ll be looking down on me
But it wont be the same
Not hearing your voice and laughter
On the telephone.

Tina wherever you,
You’ll always be in my heart
And thoughts
I will always miss you.
