A Memorial Day tribute to the galant, brave men and women who answered the call to defend us and gave their all!

Amid These Stones...

How sad the fields of glory,
How noble the gifts they gave,
If not for their sacrifice,
Many lives would not be saved;

They came from all walks of life,
And offered their lives for you,
In the end their sacrifice,
Was then offered up as due;

How lovely are the gardens,
Laid out in pristine order,
‘Tis final, best resting place,
Those who saved freedom’s border;

So take a moment this day,
And humbly remember these,
For if not for their lives they gave,
You would e’er be on your knees.
