While it is common nowadays that many relationships fail, it is important to ponder on the thought that sincere and honest communication could patch up gaps.

Communication is the lifeblood of every relationship.

It is said and quite right to say, that communication is the lifeblood of every relationship. If we share feelings and viewpoints openly --- and listen just as openly --- we will know one another, understand each other and be at peace. Consequently, honest communication seems to lead to conflict and misunderstanding. But why?

Respect individual differences.

I am convinced that each of us is a unique being. Our individual personalities require different ways of talking, different kinds of responses... and more or less of both depending on the person. One good example is the case of an introvert and an extrovert persons. Well, we can easily figure out the difference. Both kinds communicate in the style that they like and most comfortable with. Most often than not, this is where conflicts and misunderstanding arise. What can be done about it?

Communicate with your heart.

If every person can be a good listener, bearing respect for the feelings of others, and giving importance to the values and norms that their fellow beings have, it is possible to have a positive and lasting relationships that can bring so much bliss and inner peace.
