Change

Relationships have a start, middle and an end. Step outside. Be outside looking in. Then you will see the change. Ask yourself, is it for the better. With me, my past was a no.

Change

I used to have it all.
You used to give it all.
I could fondle and caress,
Without causing distress.
But things have changed.
Sensitivity you've gained.

You believe it not to be true,
That my very touch annoys you.
What has brought on this change?
That keeps your body out of range.
You were once tactile and carefree,
Now who misses out but me?

You have it all to give.
You'll have it as long as you live.
It's the very heart of you.
The barrier I can't break through.
For change now owns you.
So, come to terms, I'm forced to.

My poetry tend to veer towards feelings of emotion. Love. Sex. Desire. Most of my verses will reflect these sentiments as I mainly write straight from the heart. 31 Jan 15.

Brendamarie. I would try a book, but I find it difficult to get off the ground.
Any ideas.
Do you have your favourites where my poems are concerned?

You could group them together by subject. Bear &Company is a good publishing company and there are books on how ans where you can get poetry books published. I am glad, to see poetry is coming back. When I was young I wrote a lot of poetry.

Some relationships do go sour over time. Each party should do some introspection and make amends to put it back on even keel.

Thank you for your insight GV. Take a read of my unrequited. I believe it will resonate with you. A lot of the times when change takes place, futility kicks in, becoming your worst enemy.
