A fun poem about my love for cookie dough ice cream.

Cookie Dough Embrace

Oh how I miss the taste,
When you used to melt on my tongue,
And the little crunch
from your chocolate chips.
I miss the way,
That I used to feel
With every bite I'd take.

You used to be so close;
Just a spoonful away,
But now you are long gone,
And I don't have anything to praise.

We used to cuddle by the fire,
And find a good show,
Now you've left me,
And I have nowhere to go.

Oh cookie dough ice cream,
Please run back to me;
You have no idea how much I miss you,
And what I wouldn't give for one more taste,
Because you used to be my fantasy.

I hardly ever eat ice cream anymore, so I don't know. Did they discontinue the stuff? Why is it gone?
Anyway, it is fun to write about fun stuff sometimes. Good for you.
