Donald Trump is Severely Mentally Ill

Donald Trump exhibits deep psychological distress patterns that point to his being deeply mentally unstable.

The bully

Tony Schwartz, the journalist who wrote Donald Trump's book, "The Art of the Deal," is all over the media these days offering apologies for contributing to Trump's rise to celebrity status. "I put lipstick on a pig," says Schwartz. The ghostwriter tells a revealing story about asking the Donald discuss his childhood, whereupon Trump told him he could not remember anything about those years. Now, when a man's childhood is a complete blank to him, it reveals that those formative years were so traumatic that he completely blocked them out and internalized the hurts he endured. What we now see in Trump is the result of his childhood experiences.

Donald Trump is a bully, a braggart, and a showoff. He is an inveterate and compulsive liar. Schwartz, who feels a deep sense of remorse for "presenting Trump in a way that brought him wider attention and made him more appealing than he is," says that "More than anyone else I have ever met, Trump has the ability to convince himself that whatever he is saying at any given moment is true, or sort of true, or at least ought to be true." Schwartz also said Trump has convinced himself that he, not Schwartz, actually wrote The Art of the Deal, when in fact Schwartz penned every word of it. "Lying is second nature to him."

Schwartz said that if he were to write the book today it would be a very different read. When asked what he would title it, he replied "The Sociopath."

Narcissistic Personality Disorder

Donald Trump is a classic and extreme case of NPD. His inability to ever admit he made a mistake, his constant bullying and insulting of others, his need to lash out cruelly to anyone who aims even the slightest criticism his way, along with exhibiting over-the-top grandiosity, are NPD's unmistakable hallmarks.

Donald Trump in reality is a severely wounded little boy in a man's body. He has never even begun his healing journey, so he is stuck in the reality of the wounded child, lashing out at all who would pose even the slightest disagreement with him, even creating a reality show where he can play god and summarily dismiss others from his presence with the words "You're Fired!".

Trump is a man to be pitied, and he is certainly not a man fit to hold the office of president of the United States. Living within his severely distressed psychological condition, we can imagine that as president this man would be very capable of unleashing a barrage of nuclear weapons against the first world leader who insults him. He must not become president of this nation.

Hi Steve, I have only one comment to make. At any given time nearly 40-50% of all Americans support Donald. This 50% must all be lunatic. It's a sad commentary on the US people. I will say don't be too sure on Donald, truth is stranger than fiction.

Madan, I don't know where you're getting your figures, but they are wrong. Donald Trump has never approached fifty percent in the polls.

Hi Steve, you didn't get my point. I am not making a mathematical statement but just stating that karge numbers whatever percentage support Donald even if they are 30% or 35% , they must be lunatic as per you.

Yes, large numbers of people support him, specifically racist white males. Millenials do not support him. Women do not support him. Latinos do not support him, and in the African-American community he has virtually no support.

Thanks Steve for agreeing that Donald does have support. The question is do we kill or write off his supporters?

It beggars belief that a mighty nation such as the USA, which has held the world in its thrall , has stooped so low as to only have two candidates in the running for the most powerful job in the world who both have questionable flaws.
To the West it is almost comical ...if it weren't so gravely serious .
The outcome doesn't bear thinking about if Donald Trump has access to the Nuclear button and was given the power to destroy at whim those who insulted him ....
People need to wake up to the importance of what could take place if they make a foolish decision at the polls.
Heaven help America.
Bless you Steve

Terrific profile of DonaldTrump, having him as president would be likened to putting an irate shark in charge of a swimming pool...a disaster in the making
