Anger is an emotion that counter backs any offense on the well being.Lets see what anger is.

What is Anger ?

Anger is an emotion that is automated when a person feels ill treated.It the way by which the figure indicate that it will not tolerate any insolence.

When our rights are discarded and we feel urge to defend ourselves then we feel angry.
Anger is emotion that keeps the person going when he/she is likely fallen or disturbed.

When the thing we want or care is offended as well then we get angry. Its the response of nervous system to achieve the thing even if we have to force someone.

It is the only thing that sometimes helps us survive in harsh conditions and sometimes it takes away everything.

Why we get ANGRY ?

We get angry most often when we hate a thing and we suffer it.When our tolerance and patience are broken.

Few reasons are -

Irritation - When anyone irritates us
Disturbance - Mental disturbances due to various reasons
Stress - Work stress or sleepless
Depression - Loss or sorrow
Ego - Self Respect/Honour
Bullying - Trouble by other people
Bad Intention - Criminal mind
Society - Social issues

There are many causes depending upon creature to creature.

Some physiological causes that are natural to all creatures -

Hormonal Shoot - Adrenaline or hormonal stress
Mating season - Mating season in many animals is reason for timely aggressiveness.
Blood Pressure High/Low
Hunting - Hunt other prey for food.
Hunger/Low glucose - Lack of energy can urge anger
And many more beyond our studies

Physiological causes are health related and normal functioning of the body.

How to deal with situation ?

When we are aggressive , at that moment we just wish to release all our frustration at once.Due to this , we often indulge ourselves in peculiar situations.

There is no way that we can suppress our anger and even if we do then we just keep it inside ripening and growing.So its better to unleash it to quench our anger.
But if we do then its a problem , so how to deal with it ?Well , its a really tough question because if there was a solution then the world would not be shrouded in darkness.

There are 3 ways by which we can still mitigate the building of anger within us.

~> Clear the misunderstandings or negotiate with the cause of anger
~> By revealing the truth behind the cause of anger
~> Or doing something that we like or relax so to loosen up the anger
~> Abusing on face is another way to discard all the anger to person.

But these ways are not applicable in Physiological causes of anger as they are natural.
In physiological causes of anger the solution is to cease the problem.Like if we have high BP then we have to take medicine so to relieve.

There can be other ways to understand this emotion Anger and to deal with it but they are currently out of our reach.

I have found that if I feel angry , I count to ten , and if that doesn't work , I pray about the situation , which perhaps , I should have done first , but either way don't hang around angry people , if I can avoid it . Good subject and well written about .
