This is a poem of something as simple as breathing and what an influence it can have so inhale and exhale while reading pleas do enjoy

The moment after a close call
The moment after you come up out of water
The moment after success
The moment you run yourself tiered.

We all run don’t we?
Run for our past
Run in to his or her arms
Run from mistakes
Run away from home
Run from a fight
Run to our dreams….

Out of breath we all scream because we can never catch the river run
Streams flowing out of reach, like the leaf you sent down.
It is as if nature is preparing to preach to us about breath.
That if we try to keep it to ourselves we are not being fair,
That we miss the magic of letting go.
It’s the first lesson we learn in life as babies we breathe out the air of our first home
And from then on we still try to hold on.
We can’t hold on to two beauties without getting torn
But if we grab life with both hands and touch and caress her we live strong, undivided.

Inside of you air of a hero breath of a dragon
Let it out wonderful creatures of God.
