Positive thinking is an optimistic state of mind, which sees the bright side of life. A positive frame of mind brings more harmony and happiness, improves relationships, and attracts success into your life.this essay basically relates to that how a positive attitude can help you to deal with stress more effectively, maintain better interpersonal relationships and lead to improved health.

Positive thinking is a mental attitude that sees the bright side of things.

A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health, and favorable results.
If you adopt this mental attitude, you teach your mind to expect success, growth and favorable outcomes.Some people accept positive thinking as a fact, and believe in its effectiveness. Others, consider it as nonsense, and scoff at people who believe or accept it. Among the people who accept it, not many know how to use it effectively to get results.However, it seems that many are becoming attracted to this subject, as evidenced by the many books, lectures and courses about it. This is a subject that is gaining popularity.It is quite common to hear people telling others to "think positive", while these same people do not follow their own advice.Most people don't take these words seriously, since they do not know what they really mean, or don't know how to change their mindset.
In today’s world, we know that there are no boundaries or barriers to what we can do, save those that exist in our mind. Yet nothing has changed over the past century, the oceans haven’t become shallower, the continents haven’t drifted closer, the mountains haven’t grown shorter, the skies haven’t descended towards the surface, nor have people grown any stronger. If there is anything that has changed, it’s the mind of man. The mind has slowly yet surely been climbing a staircase, where each step allows it to see some more of the light, to ascend a few more inches towards its inherent nature, the unlimited.
All of us affect, and are affected by the people we meet, in one way or another. This happens instinctively and on a subconscious level, through our words, thoughts and feelings, and through body language.
People are more disposed to help us, if we are positive, and they dislike and avoid anyone broadcasting negativity.Negative thoughts, words and attitude bring up negative and unhappy moods and actions. When the mind is negative, poisons are released into the blood, which cause more unhappiness and negativity. This is the way to failure, frustration and disappointment.To maintain a positive attitude we should:
Follow the principles of holistic health: body, mind and spirit harmonisation.
Maintain a balance as better nutrition and exercise can help to improve mood and attitude.
Listen to your inner voice: Do not formulate judgement on the basis of others' perception about the world. Construct your own experiences.
Learn to communicate: your opinions and feelings freely instead of your anger and frustrations during demanding situations.
Love to live: Develop an empathy towards others around you. The ability to love and be loved is the most basic human trait.
Engage your body and mind: Participate in physical and mental activities to improve confidence levels and mechanisms that will help you cope.
Smile: Allow yourself to laugh and find humour in the simplest of things. Laughter is a powerful mood elevator and it awakens the child inside us.
Sometimes mountains can turn out to be a molehill if you simply put it on paper. Different spheres of life such as work, family, health, friends and spirit are like different shades of colours and positive attitude is like water, essential to bind all these together in harmonious relation with one another on the canvas of life.If you have a positive attitude, you have a particular power to find happiness.
Positive attitude helps you cope more easily with the daily affairs of life. It brings optimism into your life, and makes it easier to avoid worries and negative thinking. If you adopt it as a way of life, it will bring constructive changes into your life, and makes them happier, brighter and more successful.With a positive attitude you see the bright side of life, become optimistic, and expect the best to happen. It is certainly a state of mind that is well worth developing.Negative attitude says: you cannot achieve success.
Positive attitude says: You can achieve success.
If you have been exhibiting a negative attitude and expecting failure and difficulties, it is now the time to change the way you think. It is time to get rid of negative thoughts and behavior and lead a happy and successful life. Why not start today? If you have tried and failed, it only means that you have not tried enough.
Lastly,You are what your attitude is. Attitude is generally the disposition or state of mind whether to a specific event or to life. And it is the state of our mind that determines our progress. So, be positive and be happy.
