Learn some tips in regards to increasing your Wikinut earnings. Learn how to make more money on Wikinut. Tips for more success on Wikinut

How Do I Make Money On Wikinut?

Wikinut, like many other websites, pays you for real views on your page. If somebody clicks on your page and clicks off of it right away that does not count as a real view. It is called a "bounce". You do not get paid for those. As such the goal of any writer is to get people to their article and to keep that person on the page for a reasonable amount of time.

You will make more money if you get more of these real views to your page.

You can also make money by getting people to sign up under you on Wikinut and having them write articles too.

How to Increase My Wikinut Earnings - SEO

SEO means Search Engine Optimization. This refers to ways of making your article appeal to search engines so that they show it to people searching for a specific topic.

Title - Should be at least 3 words and use at least 2 key words.
Summary - Consider this an introduction, a few sentences that somebody might ask which will be answered in your Wikinut article. It should not be the same as your article.
Article - A Wikinut article should be at least 300 words (more is better), should be well written, informative, and on topic, using the key words throughout. Should be unique, if you have the exact same article published on 2 or 3 sites you wont get any of them shown much because search engines dislike duplicate material, instead change it up for Wikinut a bit to get more views.
Other Features - Search engines like articles that include related images, videos, sub-headings (sections), and have links in and outbound.
Tags - Make sure you have 5-12 good tags, these should be key words or even short phrases related to your article.

How to Increase My Wikinut Earnings - Increasing Views

Good articles get more views, they get shared more and so forth, but it is not enough just to write and sit back, waiting for money to roll in. You have to do more!

You should be promoting your best Wikinut articles on social media sites such as Facebook, Google+, and Twitter, make it appealing so people actually click on the link to read it.

You should try to interact with other Wikinut writers, if you view their article leave a good comment so they are likely to check out some of your writing too.

Use links in your Wikinut articles to direct people to your other related Wikinut articles, note that I have embedded related links here throughout.

Also - by going back and editing our older Wikinut articles you force search engines to look at them again, thus increasing the likelihood they will be shown, any improvements you make to your articles also increase the likelihood they will be show, so whenever you have a moment of writers block, edit one of your older Wikinut articles and make some improvements to it.

Note that Peter B. Giblet has many great articles that offer advice on increasing your earnings too.

How to Increase My Wikinut Earnings - Referrals

If you are not posting your referral code in all your articles, you should be. I will note that I have many people whom have signed up but only about 1 in 10 actually bothers to write anything. Nonetheless it is worth it to put your code out their and hopefully attract writers.

You can also share your referral code via e-mail or Facebook.

Make sure you follow any one who has signed up under you and that you read their articles, comment on them, and promote them as best you can.

You earn a bonus of 10% of what they earn. This does not affect their earnings in anyway and is just a bonus to you.

thanks for this informative article Mark.

I have been trying to spruce up some of my old articles recently.

I wasn't sure what benefit this would be though, so thanks for letting me know.

It doesn't of course go back onto the featured article page it seems though, even if it has improved now to a star article.

People that have already commented on it, likely would not return to it again, or would they?

When we put tags, in the search on google do the tags relate to each other too.

If I put one tag as poetry, and another as sadness. Will people find my poem amongst sad poems if they search the tags poetry and sadness together?

I would tag it as "poetry about sadness" and similar tags, always have at least 5 tags and remember google also looks at the title.

More or less we understand the points, yet it's not bad to remind or refresh items like this.

This is a great article and something that I do practice all of the time... I rather buy local and keep the mom & pops stores for a few more years. They have suffered enough with the big box store moving next to them. Thank you Mark

Thanks for that helpful advice. I'm about ready to get my feet wet here, but so far I've just been trying to get a feel for the site by reading and commenting on what others have written. Tonight just may be the night I make my first post.

Really good seo tips. What is the minimum word limit here?

People should write at least 300 words, any shorter is a waste of time really as search engines wont show the articles.
