Poem about hope and love trusting in love again. Landmark of a poem with being 1,300.

I Hear My Heart

I hear my heart whispering,
I hear my heart beating fast,
I hear my heart wanting to soar,
But it is still so unsure,
But it is still trembling,
I believe I could fall for you,
I believe that you could be the one for me,
I believe that you could make me forget,
Everything that happened before,
Erase the past,
Truly start anew,
To give life a new meaning,
To be what lovers are meant to be,
I hear my heart whispering,
I hear my heart beating fast,
I hear my heart wanting to try again,
To soar higher than ever before,
But it is still so unsure,
But it is still trembling,
But it is afraid to be hurt again,
It’s tired of broken pieces,
Tired of broken dreams and promises,
Tired of being told that it is loved and cared for,
Just to have it shatter like dust in the wind,
I hear my heart whispering,
I hear my heart beating fast,
I hear my heart slowly wanting to soar,
It is still unsure,
It is still trembling,
It is still afraid,
But I want to let go,
But I want to let it try,
But I want to give it hope,
That perhaps,
Just perhaps this time my heart,
Won’t be hurt or broken like before,
Won’t be shattered and thrown into the wind,
Just once it will be healed and loved,
Loved so deeply that the past disappears,
I hear my heart whispering,
I hear my heart beating faster,
I hear my heart singing,
Telling me to try,
To try one more time.

Great summation of how the heart can master the gray matter and everyhting in our core, something i can not muster into words that being said cause jealousy for my wife, wonderng how can i can put poetry into most subjects but (almost) none about her (lol).
