The Ramayya agreed and went to the rich man's house again. the rich man felt that the Ramayya is a fool to loose two thousand coins this time. He agreed to complete. Again hundred carts were ready.

Gold coins

Once a Ramayya was a given a calf by a ric hman. The Ramayya called the calf Nandi.
Nandi grew well.. He was hale and healthy.
`Till this day the Ramayya has brought up me well. I shall do some help to him' Nandi thought.
Nandi called the Ramayya and said, `O man!, you go to the rich merchant's house and tell him that the ox with you can draw one hundred carts loaded with paddy bags. Also challenge him for a sum of thousand gold coins'.
The Ramayya couldn't believe it. Can an ox drew hundred carts?
`O Ramayya, do not doubt me. Do what I say. There is a good future for you' Nandi replied.
An ox spoken. This itself is a wonder. Further he can draw hundred carts. It is still another wonder.
`Nandi, can I believe you?
`No doubt about it. Straight now you go' nandi compelled.
The Ramayya immediately went to the rich man and prayed, `Sir! I have one ox and Nandi. I have not seen any ox who is strong as my ox.
`Why? There are so many oxen. I too have sturdy oxen' the rich man replied.
`You may be having such oxen. But my ox Nandi can draw one hundred loaded carts. I shall prove it if you desire' the Ramayya argued.
The rich man laughed at him. `Are you not joKing? He asked.
The rich man doubted. Can an ox draw one hundred loaded carts? Both challenged. The prize was thousand gold coins!
Hundred carts were ready on the day of competition. The Ramayya was happy that he would win thousand gold coins. He garlanded Nandi and sat in the cart. The Ramayya was egoistic that he would become rich.
He called Nandi in an inferior language. `OH! Nandi, you fool! Dirty fellow. Draw the cart early' he ordered. He was worried about gold coins. He thought that he would buy many oxen and again challenge to earn more.
Nandi didn't like his mater calling him dirty fellow. He didn't move even one step. The rich man said that he was won and he asked the Ramayya to bring thousand gold coins. The man Ramayya was in agony. He had little money with him. He brought it and gave it to the rich man.
Next day the Ramayya didn't do any job. He slept on the floor.
`Master, are you sleeping/'
`Haw can I sleep? You have put me in trouble. I lost all my money just because of you'.
`Why did you call me dirty fellow? Have I stolen anything from your house?' Nandi asked.
The Ramayya realised his mistake. `Oh, Ramayya, even now it is too late. Again go to rich man's house and challenge for two thousand gold coins. But remember. Don't call me in an inferior language' Nandi told the Ramayya.
The Ramayya agreed and went to the rich man's house again. the rich man felt that the Ramayya is a fool to loose two thousand coins this time. He agreed to complete. Again hundred carts were ready.
This time the Ramayya garland Nandi and talked to him respectfully. He requested Nandi to draw the carts.
Nandi drew all the carts in a fraction of a second. The rich man was astonished. He immediately handed over two thousand coins to the Ramayya and said, `You are really lucky to have such a sturdy ox with you'
The man Ramayya went home along with Nandi. In a few days he became rich.

I think that this story just tells us we should respect anything/anyone no matter how low or high they are in a position.
