Insanity en Masse

These are just a few idiosyncrasies I've observed in people I know, people I have met, and from stories I have been told - reflections on Human Nature rather than about any specific being. I hope you enjoy!

And the Winner is...

And the Winner is…

You win the trophy
The coveted prize
Idiot of the year, glory
Seeps through your eyes
Ambition masquerading
As intellectual pursuit
Your competitors couldn’t match
Or stand in your boots
Celebrate your win
With adoring fans
Honor for the champion
Of your self-destructive plans

As I Watched

As I scrutinized your ascent, resembling a superhero
A champion of life, on misadventure, and me
A shadow in the moonlight and eerily dreamlike
Paused in time, even the stars’ flicker rests
Something is very odd - I try to grasp
Words tumble out the open window
Trying to catch up with the blind crusader

And The Winner Is, As I Watched, Idiomatic Expressions, Lunacy, Observations, Poem, Poetry

There are few winners but others are not losers, unless it is their choice! siva
