'It is a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done;
it is a far, far better rest that I go to than I have ever known.'
Please forgive me for using a quote from Charles Dickens, A Tale of Two Cities but it just seemed to fit the occasion so well
A fond farewell to you all
My dear Wikinut writers it is with a heavy heart that I must leave you, my time as a moderator has been both enjoyable and a revelation, I have made so many friends and fellow writers over the many years I have been with you but it is now time for me to hang up my red pencil and call it a day.
From the bard
I suppose if I had to find a quote it would be from William Shakespeare's, Romeo and Juliet, I quote:-
“Good night, good night! parting is such sweet sorrow,
That I shall say good night till it be morrow.”
― William Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet
Wikinut is an amazing place to write and I hope it will continue to be so for many years to come I will continue to submit the odd article and I will look forward to reading you as well now and again but my days on the other side are finished
I want to send my best wishes to you all and hope you will continue to contribute to the world of Wikinut and the written word.
