Jesus weeps today, just as he wept then, he wept when our nation was attacked on 9-1l, and he weeps when one of his children grieve, when a Mother has a child who is hurting she will do everything she can to help them just as Father would, so isn’t the same true for our Heavenly father? Yes of course it is, but sometimes that means letting the child hurt, letting the child weep.

Jesus Wept

Jesus Wept! Only two words, two words found in the Bible, but possibly the two most powerful words, it showed that Jesus was not afraid to show his emotions, to show that he cared from the time he came to this earth at this infant babe. The Heavenly King came to earth as man, to save us from our sins.

Jesus crying for his children is one way that shows he cares, but the fact that he died for us, he shed his blood for us shows he cares too of course, unfortunately not everyone looks to Christ, not everyone hears Christ crying, or believes that he cries, they think of God as sitting in some throne in Heaven, letting the world run itself without a hand in it, but the truth is his hand is in a lot of our lives, and if we are Christians we should be led by his hand in everything we do, but that does not mean we get to blame God for the poor decisions we make when we are practicing freewill.

Jesus feels our pain, he loves us, and he wants the best for us, but sometimes we refuse to see that. We refuse to take the blinders that we have placed on ourselves, when we try to fit into a Secular World, sometimes we go as far as trying to become “a secret Christian” what I mean by that is we try and hide our faith from this world, and we should never do that, instead we should want to share our faith with this world. Jesus weeps when we try to fit into the world’s image too, we are in this world, but not of this world, if we are truly born again.

When I was a child I use to like to think of rain as Jesus(es) tears over our wrongs, it was a nice way to think of rain, and it brought me comfort then, however strange it may sound, because as a child I saw rain as a cleansing factor, and in a way it is. The way the world smells after a rain, the things washed out of the air, maybe that is the way I should see it today still.

On 9-11 Jesus Wept, cleansing the air after a horrible tragedy, but after awhile we forgot to look to God, and started blaming God for what happened, forgetting that God’s hands are never in that kind of evil, it was not Christ who killed millions but it was men, evil men, who were out for their own interest, despite how they may have tried to make us think otherwise.

Yes Jesus Wept, he wept when he walked this Earth over two thousand years ago, and he weeps when he sees his children suffering, and the evil taking over the world today.
