Keeping Watch

Soldiers and patriots give up comforts to make sure we stay secure and free, so appreciate what they do!

KEEPING WATCH

I can sleep in the sun,
And relax in the shade,
I have slept with the bums,
For those rights I have paid;

I sleep in quiet spots,
And in den of lions,
But when I cannot sleep,
Is when tyranny’s tryin’!

I can ne’er sleep well,
When freedom’s in peril,
I must stand and face,
Keep watch – Tyranny’s feral!

Basically
I am a very humane multifarious multifaceted actor of poetry
I enter the form of any one
I love to be
and answer with glee
from the fathoms f my heart

and now see as I enter thee

Only a soldier can tell
who can a cat bell
who can stand- to early morn
when sun has not yet shone
and

late in the hours of evening...
when the sun is still setting
the vigil by uniformed souls
helps politicians reach their desired goals

ere they're extinguished
in their career
death of soldiers
no leader does fear
