The renaissance age, that is reformation and enlightenment which are the three of important elements in providing the early growth characteristics of modern western world. Renaissance era is a period of transition the late Middle Ages to the modern world (1350-1600).

The Independence of Mind

The nature and meaning of history prevailing in the middle Ages sourced and formulated based on the distance-teaching of the Christian religion, has changed the nature of the intellectual mind marked by the birth of the renaissance, reformation and enlightenment. Answers to the nature and meaning of history tidal longer be providence, theological, but becomes profane and secular.
Typical case is the renaissance era of individualism, which is separated from the thought that someone else's power can decide for themselves what is considered good or bad, all self-determined actions with responsibility for the consequences. Age Reform echoed by those Protestants in some countries such as Britain, Germany and the Netherlands, made a significant contribution to the countries of nationality, patriotism became a national church. Contribution to the world of European enlightenment era, the era of knowledge. Thanks to the diligent investigation and is not interfered by the power of the clergy, science thrives in a climate of freedom and independence of mind.

Vinci - Birthplace of Leonardo

Leonardo Da Vinci was one of the great creative minds of the Italian Renaissance, very influential as an artist and sculptor but also very talented as a scientist, engineer and inventor. Leonardo da Vinci is a person who has a keen eye and a quick mind which led him to make important scientific discoveries, but he never publish his ideas. He is a vegetarian who loves animals and hates war, but he worked as a military engineer to create sophisticated and deadly weapons. He is one of the greatest painters of the Italian Renaissance, until he died just finished painting.
Leonardo da Vinci was born on 15 April 1452 in the small hill town of in Vinci, Italy. His father was a successful notary and his mother a peasant woman. The small town of Vinci has changed very little in the 544 years since then. Stone houses are clustered together around a protective fortress palace. High church bell tower is still an important milestone that can be seen. Vinci is surrounded by fertile farmland. Hillsides planted with grape vines and fruit trees and silvery green olive trees.
Based on the other version that Leonardo da Vinci was born on 1452 in Vinci, Italy, just outside Florence, the illegitimate son of a local lawyer or Notary was 25 years old, Ser Piero with a peasant girl, Caterina. His full name is Leonardo di Ser Piero da Vinci, which means the origin son of Ser Piero Vinci Leonardo. His father took custody to the city of the little boy shortly after his birth, while his mother married someone else and moved to a neighboring town. They continue to have children. In 1476 the Accused with the case of homosexual with a gay male models was a teenager named Jacopo Saltarelli. So many years that Leonardo was always under the supervision of the authorities.

Da Vinci Observations

Upper slopes of Mount Albano Vinci lead, high peaks where Leonardo then raise and make observations about the atmosphere. Small Mountain River flowing down from the mountain to the valley of the Arno River Vinci. For a curious child who loves nature, the area around the house Vinci must have good times. Leonardo is a person who is free to explore the woods and rivers and to study the insects, animals, and birds are then sketched in great detail in his notebook.
The initial attraction to nature is clearly inspired Leonardo painting he will make as adults. Plants that are detailed and lifelike and wild flowers which he painted at the feet of the angel at the Annunciation and the rock caves and pools of water that surrounds the characters in The Virgin of the Rocks was created from observations and sketches he started making as a child in Vinci, Italy.
