I have written this article to focus on the value of laws for a modern man and how much they care about the breaking of laws. Considering Indian laws at many points.

Law and the Modern Man

Some celebrated socio-political leaders of our great and fabulously developing nation brought forward a system to restore peace and harmony. They sincerely endeavoured to realize the rational doctrine for the upliftment of the destitute but the ultra modern generation of this computer age believes that the principles and doctrines of that acclaimed soul can't keep pace with the ever changing social and political scenario. Consequently, they have intentionally started neglecting and violating the existing system of sustaining law and order. The so called system has been declared primitive and rotten, which needs immediate amendments. Borne this thing in mind the jury of the High Court of this materialistic and opportunistic world has prudently declared that the marriage of a 15 year girl is valid in every court of law, as this stage has been deemed as "The age of discretion".

The modern ethics encourage the disciples of western culture to slaughter to eternal human values - celebrate the western philosophy with the eastern laws which are screaming for survival at their death bed. Abduction of women folk, spending nights with harlots, keeping extra marital relationships, homicide are the status symbols for the modern man.

Our law is so crippled that it fails to detect the criminals who mislead the world in the deceptive disguise of philanthropists. It stands in the patio with closed eyes and bemoaned its fatal assertion. The felons and law breakers roam freely in the society and their barristers oppress the laws. The law stands in the witness box and keeps screaming to be recognized for the sake of humanity.
