Best productive things to do in Leisure.

Most of us love to relax,sleep and chat during leisure, but have you ever thought to make those time productive. I know nothing pleases more than sleeping for most of us when we are free, but what if I tell you that without taking little effort you can be productive rather than wasting time in chatting and sleeping.

a)Think for a goal : With the busy schedule of our daily life we even forget the ultimate goal that we have thought long back. We just get stuck with the routine work. Spend some time thinking of your goal may be personal or professional. Note down the steps you need to follow to achieve short term or may be long term goals.

b)Prepare a diary : Add some important contacts like email ids or phone numbers. Make a separate column and names of people whom you wanted to call or talk for long time,keep it with you everywhere. By this you can make use of it anywhere as you have whole detail with you.

c)Do Some Exercise : We never get time for exercise, but trust me if you 10 minutes of exercise on a regular basis, it can do wonders.

d)Meditate : Don't think it takes hours to meditate or some special place,it can be done at your desk or in bedroom or in living room. You just have to close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing for 5 to 10 minutes. It will be very refreshing .

e)Update financial activity : We generally forget to pay a bill , pay the premium or mobile bills on time. Take out 5 to 10 minutes to update it and it will stop you from paying fine on your bills.

f)Clear your inbox : I think very rare of us take out some time to clear our inbox which is very very important thing to do. It requires few minutes to check your inbox and yes it helps you not to miss out anything important.

g)Try out solving puzzles or brain games : This gives you strong concentration power and reduces your stress. You are having fun with the same time you are giving a kick to your brain to work more efficiently.
h)Go for a walk : Not only it will help you keep fit and healthy as well as you will have some time where you can think of something or plan out the next day meetings or some pending work.
