This poem is about memories, and life also about growing up.

Life As It Is

Days go by.
Like summer days when I was a kid.
Thinking back it seems time pasted bye to fast.
Just knowing it's the memories I have.
Summer storms, winter blizzards.
Kids grow up.
It seems just a little to fast.
As time slips away.
From day to day.
Paying with a broken heart.
Life's falling apart.
Picking up the pieces.
Every time it comes tumbling down.
Knowing to keep going.
As life goes on.
Memories fade a little.
As bad times went on.
The good times over came them.
As life goes on remembering many yesterdays ago.
Living today ,and living my life the way it is.
Not of wealth.
Proud to know not the jokers fool.
