Light and Heavy

Light and heavy effects us all by degree or altitude or attitude.

Promises of Life

Deep pockets hold myriads of memories.
Large hearts thrive on love and compassion.
Do not reject love or money.

Care for all and we all need care.

Inside our pockets or purses
we carry "our stuff."

Heavy hearts are relieved by
tender touches and soft voices.
Light hearts have the healing
powers inside of them.

Cocktails of fruit juices can be
made of pomegranates and light wine
for your stomach and mind.

Coffee with heavy cream may
satisfy the palate with mocha
flavors or dark roast.

Uphill can be quite a journey
with heavy steps of feet.

Questions of your spirit can
weigh heavy on your mind or
have the light mantra of your
soul for...

God and the Holy Spirit.

Cast your wonders to the
sky and look up!

A good poem to get back into the swing of things.

Always both... Yin and Yang... sweet and bitter ... light and heavy. Like the old song says, Verna, "You can't have one without the other."
