Poetry about life, tears and how to work together for a better purpose.in life. How to look at challenges with the chin held high.

Lost by Heart Found by soul

Selling of home is such a strain
Lifting straining then ending up in pain
My daughter of mine
Has proved she is worth more than a dime
She has challenges
Pulls herself together
No matter the weather
She knows her mother
Is like no other
knows a BIG ugly word
Hurts her called Fibromyalgia
So she comes downstairs
And says
“You can’t do this alone
Here am I.”
Tears flow down my face
Leaving more than just a trace
Heading home from work
Seem to open up my wounds
I cry tears for God
to fix my troubled heart
and give me peace of mind.
My heart is heavy for more than one reason
Praying my joy will be found all in the right season.
Tears cleanse me daily
And make feel brand new
Then I can go about my day
In a more positive way
So if you feel down and out
Lift your chin
And do not pout
For today can be the day
I love you comes to stay
Within your heart
So nothing can ever
Once again tear it apart
Cause all good things
Come to those who wait
Pray and have faith

This poem is once again about my feelings and not intended to put my spiritual beliefs onto anyone. God bless you all.

Beautiful. Weeping may remain for the night, but joy cometh in the morning. May blessings.
