This is a poem of self-reflection going through doubts and eventually overcoming them.

Mighty Inferno

The fire burns inside
Passions stir
But the mind churns, spits you out
Over-thinking too much
You don’t know what to do
How to comprehend
That which doesn’t need to bend
Go on through and through
The dark monster enveloping your head
Fight through this all again
A mental torment
Nothing new
Stay the course you want to pursue
Break down the tapes
Look at your achievements
You know exactly what to do
Life is never easy and neither is being inside your own mind
But who cares about that
Persist and put on this successful and strong façade
When deep down inside you’re still lost and don’t know what to do
Always thinking that everyone hates you
Stand with the tide and carry on
The only one frowning on you is you
Stand tall and proud
Achieving so much, planning more stuff
March forward with new victories
Prove the bastards wrong again and again like you already have
Your armor has been cracked
You stand exposed but do it bravely
Lead on, trek on, You’ll soon see
That no matter what
You will always have the victory
Fight through your mind
Fight through all doubts
For no one can keep you down
As you’ve proven in all outs
So march on forth and go forward
The time is now
Your calling is here
It’s been here all along
Waiting for you to achieve and realize
Now go do what you do best
Survive and even the battle field
In this game of chess
You’re the queen
Do whatever you want
Because in the end
Who is gonna stop you
When you’ve already accomplished so much
