Mother Teresa is a phenomenon in the God's creation.
The poem 'LIFE' is well-known as a great quote from her wonderful sayings.
This is an attempt to understand what is LIFE and its interpretation from each line in that poem.

Here, I examine how 'Life is an adventure' and how to 'dare it'.

Life is an adventure, dare it.

Choosing a life dedicated to social service is an adventure .

And only a few in the world very rarely prefer such an adventure. And not all can succeed in such a daring act, and such adventures are the result of sacrifice, will power and great patience.

Mother Teresa faced strong opposition as she set out to help the society with her selfless service to the abandoned and destitute patients.

She dared to venture into the lives of slum dwellers and educated them to work for a living.

She adopted many hoodlums from the railway stations of Calcutta, nurtured and brought them up with such a discipline that they grew up into responsible citizens and served for the society.

Inspiring quotes on 'adventure'

Conscious man, to be sure, has at all times been keenly aware that life is an adventure, that life must, forever, be wrested from death.
~ Albert Einstein (1879-1955) - Out of my Later Years,

Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. To keep our faces toward change and behave like free spirits in the presence of fate is strength undefeatable.
~Helen Keller (1880-1968) - Let Us Have Faith (1940)

The adventure of life is to learn, The purpose of life is to grow,
The nature of life is to change,
the challenge of life is to oversome, The essence of life is to care,
The opportunity of life is to serve.
~William Arthur Ward (1921-1994)

It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.
~Alan Cohen - Joy is my Compass: Taking the Risk to Follow your Bliss.

I remember growing up seeing Mother Teresa doing charity works in the Philippines. Something that is so admirable, she had lived a simple life and an icon of how a true servant of God ought to be. I had admired her then and still do until now. Thanks for this article you did for her. She's a beautiful soul in her earthly form..
